April and Dustin’s wedding at Hollywood Schoolhouse with our friends at Eventful Moments and Tobey Nelson Design was a DREAM! The entire day I couldn’t stop ooing and ahhing over all the hard work that went into this gorgeous wedding! April put so much thought and organization into everything and made our jobs so seamless! She even bought beautiful, silk ribbons for me to incorporate into her detail photographs (which made my heart skip a beat, lets be honest!)

A Hollywood Schoolhouse Wedding

I’ll never forget the toasts from this day. April’s friends talked about what an intentional and thoughtful friend she is, and when Dustin toasted his new bride, and their family and friends, he talked about his connection with his Grandmother, and the choice to buy a home close to hers. And then after his first dance with his sweet Mom, he invited his Grandma onto the dance floor for a first dance. There wasn’t a dry eye in the room. In that moment, I reminded myself that THIS was why we do what we do, and why we love it so much. These are the moments, and the photographs, that matter so much, and that will be cherished for a lifetime.

We left that day feeling like our creative minds and our hearts were so full. April and Dustin, and their creative team, treated us like family all day and we felt so inspired all day! Hollywood Schoolhouse is always amazing to work with too-brides, this is an amazing place to get married! (with great indoor or outdoor options!) I can hardly wait to share my favorites from this beautiful wedding day in Woodinville!
