Family Traditions // Go Hawks!

The love for the Seahawks has been a huge part of my family for as long as I can remember! My mom gets so excited about the game that in the heat of the moment she’d have to leave the room or cover her eyes! We’d get together with family for games, hoot and holler at the tv and this year has been like no other! Now that were in Seattle to stay, it’s been a blast to host family dinners, holidays, and of course, the NFC Championship game! The 12th man spirit was in abundance in the Lloyd house last Sunday! It was also my Dad’s 54th birthday, something we celebrate although he was taken from us nearly 7 years ago. There was a chocolate cupcake with the Hawks logo on it just for you Dad! Steven and I got to do something extra special this year-go to a game! I surprised him with 10th row seats from the field for his 30th birthday! Between tail gating with friends and experiencing the record breaking 12th man crowd noise, it was an amazing day! In the spirit of Super Bowl I thought I’d share a few fun photos from last weeks game at our house, + some iPhone photos in-between and end the post with a few iPhone photos from the game we attended in December! Go Hawks! The fact that my Grandpas are such buddies, and they’re rockin’ the same Hawks shirt is totally the cutest!Iphone selfies with Mom! Nice hat Grandma! Steven’s just a tad excited 😉12th man pride! Some phone photos from the game we went to in December!
