Dyan & Daniel // Winter Styled Wedding Shoot // Skykomish & Steven’s Pass

Holy cow where do I even begin with this? For 2013 I wanted to start the year out with a BANG and what better way for a wedding photographer to do that then by putting together a styled wedding shoot! And, to top it off, I wanted it to be winter in Washington style, so a snowy styled wedding shoot was the vision! I’m super grateful for Dyan and Daniel for volunteering to model for me, Zong Her of Her Couture for being SO amazing and providing gorgeous veils, amazing flowers, and getting me in touch with Dianne’s Delights in Seattle. The “dream team” as I call them were fabulous! I collected all the fun vintage pieces from the Old Main Street Spanaway Antique Mall (you must check out their stuff, seriously amazing options).

Let me say that the weather for our shoot was total CHAOS! It was sunshine, then pouring rain! Then, we decided to head up to Summit at Steven’s Pass for insanely gorgeous snowfall!  It was DOWNPOUR snow! Dyan and Daniel were complete troopers and totally rocked the shoot! The weather was typical of February in Washington, and I loved every bit of it! I’m so over-the-moon in love with images and can’t wait to share them! Make sure to check out the contributing vendors, they are all fabulous people with fabulous local businesses!
