If you reach out and we aren't available, we have a fantastic associate team both in Washington and Oklahoma. They are an incredible select group of creatives that share are philosophies and shooting style.

BOOKING YOUR WEDDING!
Once we get a chance to hear about your wedding plans, and see if our team is available, the booking process happens all online! You'll receive a proposal with the contents of your collection. Once you accept it, you'll be able to sign your contract online, and complete a retainer. 50% of your collection is due at the time of booking with the balance not due until 30 days before wedding day.

AFTER BOOKING
If you are doing an engagement shoot, we can start planning it! We are also here for you when you're ready to start brainstorming your wedding day timeline (ideally with your planner if you have one). We'll send you a wedding day questionnaire 30-45 days before wedding day to help guide us through family photos & any specifics of the day you want us to know about ahead of time! Communication is key & we're here to help along the way!

wedding day & after
On wedding day, we document your day as authentically and joyfully as possible. After wedding day, we send a photo preview just a few days after wedding day. We deliver full photo galleries in 4-8 weeks from wedding day and films in 12-16 weeks. We edit all of your photos and videos in-house and without an editing company, to maintain consistency and story telling. If you have any questions, we are always here to answer them!

The offerings
Curated collections for love's biggest celebrations
We offer a variety of set collections and offer custom collections as well to best fit your specific needs, tailored to your unique vision and priorities. On average clients invest 4-6k for photo or video and 6-9k for photo and video combined services. We have offerings for both Steven, Amanda and our Associate team to create an increase in flexibility in both dates and price points. Contact us to get a custom collection that best suites your needs!

That is a non-issue with Amanda and Steven because they give you posing guidance and are so laid-back that they make you feel comfortable during the photos. They're also great at not being invasive on the day of the wedding; during the ceremony and reception you feel like they're not even there, but they still get great shots of everything. I highly recommend them!

/01 HOW DO YOU DO PHOTO AND VIDEO?
Having the same team do both photo and video helps clients feel less camera pressure which provides an ease of mind knowing the entire team is on the same page, with your best interests at the forefront of what they are creating. Having a team that is equally on the same page with creative direction, lighting and client experience is so important. We shoot hybrid during getting ready (photo + video) and have stationary cameras recording while we hand shoot photography during key wedding day moments (first looks, ceremony, first dances, toasts) and shoot hybrid the rest of the day. It's quite seamless!
/02 how would you describe your style?
We remember what It was like when we got married. Our photographer never gave us any creative guidance and we stood there feeling uncomfortable and awkward. We want you to have a polar opposite experience than that. We give lots of direction that feels timeless and natural- showing your true connection and personalities as a couple. We focus on story telling. When we arrive we shoot your details and final getting ready. We guide you through portrait time, making that as fun & low key as possible. From there we shoot the rest of the day candidly as it unfolds, as candid and in the moment as possible.
/03 how does it work shooting with your team?
If you have chosen to hire our incredible Associate team for your wedding day, Amanda will still be your go-to during wedding planning to help coordinate your timeline and wedding day questionnaire and help answer questions along the way. The team will be there to meet you at engagement photos (if you choose to do those) and are always available for a phone call or zoom before wedding day. On wedding day, the team arrives fully prepared and delivers the footage (both photo and video) to Amanda and Steven right after the event. From there, all of the editing, delivery and communication continues from the Lloyds.
/04 HOW DO YOU BACK UP FOOTAGE?
During the wedding day, our cameras dual record both photo and video. This means that while one memory card is recording the photos and video, the second memory card is backing itself up. After the wedding, everything is backed up on multiple hard drives and in the cloud indefinitely! If down the road, you loose a copy of your photos or film, we always keep a copy online for safe keeping!
