We have had rain for days. Ok, it’s Seattle. It’s not like this isn’t common in Late Winter/Early Spring but we were feeling the cabin fever! And then, we had a break! The skies cleared and the sun, short sleeves and sunglasses made their appearance! Taking a sunshine day off mid-week and a road trip to the Ocean was just what we needed!  Steven and I took Maddux to Ocean Shores for a day of kite flying, sand castle making and playing at the beach, making memories and soaking up some much needed Vitamin D! Today the rain returns, but our beach day was such a blast!  In case you needed a good laugh, this is how photographer families ensure they get photos, Tripod + Remote, but the sun flare was making it a tad difficult 😉
