Katelyn and Jon’s wedding at Historic 1625 in Tacoma was on a perfect Sunday afternoon! Jon is a government contractor overseas and arrived back home just days before the wedding! Katelyn is the sweetest and she completely raved about Jon, their connection and how excited she was to see him after months and months of him being away. Needless to say we were pretty excited to finally meet Jon and get the opportunity to finally photograph them as a couple! We ventured to the Tacoma glass bridge for their first look, and the typical Pacific Northwest rain came out just for a few minutes, enough to give them a true rainy wedding bit of good luck! These two were all smiles and laughs all day. It was so fun to see them not only truly enjoying their wedding day, but being so excited to spend time together after a long long time apart. We love the charm Historic 1625 has to offer. While Jon has to head back overseas right away, we’re so honored that they’ll have all these amazing memories to carry them through the time apart.
