Wes and Jess made a huge milestone in their relationship when they purchased their first home as a couple. What Jess didn’t know, was that on the night that they got the keys to their home, they had planned to welcome their families to see their home, but Wes had even bigger plans. He was going to propose! Attached to a bottle of champagne was an engagement ring! Jess was incredibly surprised, as was everyone else. The day couldn’t have been anymore special! Fast forward to now, planning their wedding for Summer 2016, and of course, doing their engagement photos!
I adore these two for a lot of reasons but more than anything, they are just them. They’re funny, easy going and go-with-the-flow, and when it comes to stepping in front of the camera, it just really works for them! On a perfectly overcast and chilly West Seattle day, we got together at Lincoln Park and the Ferry terminal beach to photograph their love and celebrate such an even bigger milestone in their life- marriage!
